“I was disappointed . The sheets were worn and not comfortable nor did they fit the bed well. The pillows were lumpy and the towels were pretty thin and worn. I expected better. The floor in the bathroom was sticky as well. The hallway to the elevator was full of water as the pool was near the main walkway to the elevator. They did have signs up indicating wet floors but would have been better if they mopped up the water more regularly. On the plus side, the lobby looked nice and updated as...

“The entire property was so clean & well kept! The girl that checked us in was very professional & helpful. The breakfast was great & the options were wonderful. The room was spotless. The ONLY thing that would’ve been helpful was curtains in the room added to the window covering. I’d definitely book again if we’re ever this way again!”

“Our room was very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, shops near by was very nice as well. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area :)”

“No coffee maker. Bed was decent. Room was ok. Taking a pet is easy.”

“The toilet handle broke and we had to take the top off to flush. The person at the front desk didn't seem concerned and didn't apologize or anything like that. Just said ok we'll take care of that.”

“Im not sure what I expected from my room but I asked for a king suite. The room was perfect. The size was quite comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t ideal, but I wasnt there for the breakfast. I do like the fact they had pineapple juice. Not a fan of microwaved sausage. All in all the room was great.”

“The hotel (hallways, rooms, etc.) had a really weird smell to it—very musty. There were rooms with a bunch of broken furniture with the curtains open, which made me rather uncomfortable. The bathtub had crud in it and the ice bucket had opened (and leaking) packets of honey in it. It was obviously not cleaned very well, if at all. I would not recommend.”
